DIRECTIONS:

When formulating for dry skin types, certain specialized ingredients are essential—and that is where high-purity Mineral Oil plays a critical role. We use only ultra-refined White Mineral Oil that meets strict USP standards. Dry skin requires a formula that creates a breathable, non-irritating, conditioning layer on the surface.
