Containers: Transferring our products to previously used or unsterilized containers will result in contamination and rapid spoilage. MOST IMPORTANT — DO NOT ALTER: Our products are not to be altered in any way! Please do not add essential oils, water, carrier oils, herbs, or any other substances to the products. We carefully select each ingredient for each formula so it is compositionally cohesive and harmonious, utilizing a precise, down-to-the-gram preservation system to ensure the quality and longevity of the product. Adding any additional components will disrupt this delicate balance, resulting in mold, spoilage, separation, pH shifts, adverse skin reactions, or heightened fragrance and allergen sensitivities.
