We take immense pride in cultivating our own organic Chamomile, Arnica, Lavender, White Cedar, Burdock, Pine, and Calendula right on our own farm, grown with absolute patience and love. To meet product demands until the next harvest season, we partner with trusted organic suppliers when our own supplies run low. While we prioritize organic cultivation, some of the specialty produce we source may occasionally come from conventional channels, particularly when dealing with tropical fruits or rarer botanical ingredients. Regardless of origin, all of our imported items strictly meet Health Canada's rigorous importation policies to ensure complete safety and quality, and we carefully wash, clean, and prep every single ingredient by hand in our lab before it ever touches your skin.🌿

Wet your face with warm water, then apply a dime-sized amount of cleanser to your face and neck. Gently massage in a circular motion for 1–2 minutes, avoiding the immediate eye area. Use a warm, damp Zanqara Delicate Skin Face Cloth to gently remove the cleanser. If you are removing makeup from the skin, we recommend using our Fragrance-Free formula and repeating this process. Pat dry, then proceed with your preferred Zanqara toner and routine. Please do not use any cosmetics, including our brand, if you have open, broken, peeling, or actively irritated skin

SHELF LIFE: With proper care and optimal storage conditions, this formula maintains a stable shelf life of 2+ years.

STORAGE: Since all our products are carefully crafted with pure ingredients, we advise our customers to keep the products at room temperature. Extreme temperatures will affect the product, and we also recommend not keeping the product in direct sunlight or near air vents. These situations could destabilize the formulas, causing them to degrade and spoil.

CONTAINERS: Transferring our products to previously used containers or unsterilized containers could result in contamination and spoilage.

Adding any additional components could disrupt this balance, causing mold, spoilage, separation, pH changes, adverse skin reactions, or heightened fragrance and allergen sensitivities.

Our Stance on Cosmetic Regulations
We use powerful natural ingredients and report their historical use and properties. We formulate specifically around these known botanical elements, but as a company, we make zero claims regarding treatment, effectiveness, or healing any skin conditions. We have provided our ingredient directory to showcase the known properties of each botanical. We sell our products strictly as cosmetics under the guidelines of the Food and Drugs Act and make zero claims of healing, correcting, or acting as a therapeutic treatment.

Consequently, our products do not require, nor do they carry, an NPN (Natural Product Number) or a DIN (Drug Identification Number). We advise consumers to approach products making structural or medical healing claims without a valid NPN or DIN with caution, as they may not be operating within Health Canada regulations. We always suggest you consult with a medical professional if you have an active skin condition, as our products are not intended to replace professional medical advice.

Batch Variations
Because we use fresh, natural ingredients and avoid synthetics, formulas may vary from batch to batch. Natural variations can subtly change the texture, smell, and color of a specific batch—this is simply nature showing its live activity at play! If you notice your product looks, smells, or feels slightly different than a previous order, rest assured there is nothing wrong; it delivers the same intended cosmetic benefits. Over time, fresh ingredients may also naturally shift in color or consistency.

Child Safety & Formulation Integrity

• Age Restriction: Our formulations are not suitable for infants or children under the age of four (4). We utilize pure essential oils, potent active herbs, and a specialized preservation system (Geogard ECT, which contains trace Salicylic Acid) that are intended strictly for adult skin barriers. 
• Storage: Storing your products in extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or near heating and cooling vents can destabilize the formula, causing it to degrade or spoil. 
• Contamination: Transferring our formulas to previously used or unsterilized containers may introduce bacteria and cause rapid spoilage.
• Do Not Alter: Our products must not be altered in any way. Please do not add water, essential oils, carrier oils, or herbs. We calculate our formulas down to the gram—including precise preservation—to guarantee quality and safety. Altering the product can cause mold, separation, unsafe pH changes, or cause the formula to surpass strict fragrance allergen limits.

• Fresh Botanical Particles: We use fresh fruits and vegetables in our formulations—you are quite literally purchasing a smoothie for your skin! Because of this, you may occasionally find tiny bits of natural pulp, seeds, or fine botanical particles that made it through our filtering process. There is absolutely nothing wrong with your product; you are simply seeing its raw freshness at play. 
• Why do some oils or liquids come to the surface?Because we choose to formulate without synthetic stabilizers or chemical binding agents, natural ingredients can occasionally settle or separate slightly over time as they continue to infuse in the bottle or jar. If you notice a small amount of separation, be happy! It is a distinct sign that your product is packed with pure, concentrated nature. Simply shake the bottle well, or stir the product with a clean, sterilized utensil if it comes in a jar.

Our 90ml bottle is designed to dispense the precise amount of product you need with each full pump. Each bottle provides approximately 38 complete pumps, meaning it will last you roughly 19 days when used for both your morning and evening skincare routines.
